Project 3_Progress_Tamara Tanksley

The beginning I did this pictures. I thought about metal.

Starting out, I just put sounds in random places through the videos and mix-match somethings. Since I didn't have headphones, I figured this would be a great start to being abstract.

In class, I recorded a penny being scratched against my wallet and added it to the file

I have all of my sound in. I chopped a lot of it up to make it abrupt kind of. I had one idea for the purpose of my project while I was driving but I think I am going to change the idea I have after seeing the videos I filmed. I resized the videos so they can all fit on the screen.

In these pictures, I have my friends and myself dancing to the sound I made or more trying to keep up with it to stay on beat. I purposely did not stay on beat because I wanted it to represent how my brain works through out the day. I now have the idea to let these movements represent my mental state of this semester.

I ended up putting the videos into one line instead of staggering it.

I added this image to my video. This image represents when my mind goes blank after running rapid for a while. It also represents how I try to find calmness in my mind after being stress. In some parts I put text over it and in other parts I didn't. I also changed the hue, saturation, and tone of the pictures throughout as well.
