My project is compromised of a lot of different abstract sounds that I recorded and messed around with using the tools in Premiere. An example of the tools and plugins that I used to manipulate my sounds in the way that I wanted in the Phaser, which makes copies of the sound and plays them back at the same time as the original, but putting the sound waves out of phase, which can make some interesting effects. I just messed around with the settings until I found something that I liked.

About halfway into the video, I thought it would be cool to take a video of the Premiere project and add it as an overlay over the existing video to give something more interesting to look at. I used the Saturation blending mode, cutting in and out for a flickering effect, and kept the opacity at 100%.
