 I immediately took a liking to this video, as it showed off what was essentially an art collage in the form of a building. The artist in question was known for having painted a different ceramic pattern on each of the building's various balconies. An anecdote is given about how one of the owners covered what they had considered art for the street viewers sake, and as recompense they hung an artwork up where they could not see it, but the street could.  The artist observed how the building had gone from being plain to being full of various little quirks and additions that made the whole thing look very unique.
