Week 5 _ Response _ Landon Jones

 For this week's video, I chose to watch Migration by Doug Aitken. The video features an installation displaying various animals located in different parts of a motel. I believe the video is meant to signify some sort of disturbance has occurred within the ecosystem, given that these animals are obviously displaced from their natural environments. The animals have been relocated to this motel to escape this change and continue with their lives, despite appearing very out-of-place. The cause of the disturbance may be unknown, but there is a high likelihood that the cause is man-made (as the video may be speaking out against the impact humans are making on the environment).
