For the clone effect I added 3 layers and overlayed alight screen over it and shifted the position of the image and subtracted and added where i needed it to go to the beat. 

For the slowmotion i just Ctrl+click on the timeline and shifted the speed how i needed to.

For the retro VHS look, i overlayed a retro screen on top of the entire video and let it play.
