I added multiple layers then changed color and placement of the images to make it seem like they are moving and glitching in space. Took 2 1/2 hrs since I had to create multiple layers and crop and change color for every 2-3 frames. The cropping was the easiest i just cropped and moved the text wherever i needed it to go.
