Week_2_Response_Erin Dixon

I chose to respond to Kiesza - Hideaway, and I was first aware of the camera movement. The camera is traveling while also integrating panning movements. Also, the whole video is taken in one shot. It's very eccentric and busy as there are many vibrant colors. Among that there is pop music playing, people dancing, graffiti art, and the camera is catching every detail of it. I also enjoy the fact that the subject, Kiesza, arrives in a taxi and exits in a taxi. It makes it feel like the video came full circle. Like I mentioned before, this video is very busy with all its elements combining to keep your attention and feel the rhythm of the music.
