In the first screenshot I am just getting the audio together and spacing everything out to have some rhythm to the sound to make it all come together. I took one part of a sound and just repeated it to give it some type of unity. In the second screenshot I am putting the colors over the water to make it visually interesting to the eyes and and adding the "blinks".
